Laissez Passer

A laissez passer valid for three months is given for the purpose of returning to Lebanon only

Forms must be filled out in person at the embassy

Fees: 225 AED cash

Laissez Passer for New Born

Presence of both parents is mandatory 

Original local birth certificate issued by the Health Authority and duly certified by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs with two copies

A copy of both parents' passports and UAE residency

A copy of a Family Civil Status Extract (Ikhraj kaid 3aili )(not dated more than one year) with a copy of the Lebanese marriage document executed in Lebanon with a copy of it

Three recent passport photos for the baby

Laissez Passer Lost Passport 

A lost passport should be reported immediately to the local police, a copy of the police report is required. 

Four recent white background photos standard size 4.3*3.5 not taken from an old photo

Copy of the lost passport

Copy of UAE residency

Copy of the civil status extract (Ikhraj Kaid Ifrady) not exceeding 10 years, or Lebanese ID

 Laissez Passer for damaged passport
