Required documents to apply for Palestinian Travel Documents
- Original travel document with 1 copy
- UAE residency with 1 copy
- Palestinian blue ID card with 1 copy
- UNRWA refugee card with 1 copy
- Copy of the birth certificate
- Two recent white background photos standard size 4.3*3.5. Photos must not be as the one on travel document
- The presence of the relevant person for those who have reached the age of 18 and above
- Applicants under 18 years old the mother and father are compulsory when applying
- Applicants under 18 years old with no passport photo on the Palestinian blue ID should be present with their parents.
- In the case that a parent does not appear for legal reasons, an absentee power of attorney or an official document (in the case of divorce or death) must present a ruling on a legitimate guardianship issued from Lebanon in order to apply for his/her children.
- In the case of the loss/theft of the travel document should be reported immediately to the local police, a copy of the police report is required.
- Fees:
- 665 AED cash for three years applicable only for those not holding UNRWA refugee card
- 1105 AED cash for five years applicable only for those holding UNRWA refugee card

- The application will be sent to Lebanon and the processing time will take a period of up to four months. Applicants have the option to apply for a new Palestinian document through DHL services http://fasttracklb.dhl.com

The application can be sent through DHL fasttracklb.dhl.com with an
additional cost of 97$ to be paid online by Credit Card that takes a period of 7-9 weeks.

DHL documents should be printed and presented at the Embassy upon applying.
