• Fill out the application form (Power of Attorney Application)

• The applicant must be present with the original Lebanese passport or original Lebanese I.D. card or a civil status extract (Ikhraj Kayd) with one copy and copy of the UAE residency

• Identification copy of the representative passport or Lebanese ID or Civil Status

General Power of Attorney for banking purposes

• For bank accounts: Copy of the bank account in which it mentions the account number, the name of the bank, the branch and the name of the applicant

General Power of Attorney for managing real estate

General Power of Attorney for Real Estate

Special Power of Attorney for the sale of a specific property

• Copy of the original deed of property or a registry certificate (ifada Ikariya) must be presented that does not date back more than one year.

Special Power of Attorney to buy a specific property

• Copy of the original deed of property or a registry certificate

Power of Attorney for selling vehicle

• Copy of the vehicle license, year, plate number and serial number of the engine and chassis.

Divorce and Marriage Power of Attorney

• Copy of the divorce passport or Lebanese ID and religious affiliation and the relevant competent authorities.
• Fees 185 AED + 1/1000 on dowry amount in case it is mentioned.

Power of Attorney to dispose of inheritance shares

• Copy of the Lebanese ID or death certificate to the deceased.

General Power of attorney for establishing Companies

• Copy of the documents and information about the company.

• Copy of the minor's Lebanese passports /Palestinian travel documents
• Copy of the Lebanese passport/ Palestinian travel documents of the person given permission

Customs pledge to register cars in Lebanon
